“I am very grateful for the opportunity to be part of the TIL Lab this summer. During my time, I studied the impacts of combination immune checkpoint blockade therapy on T cell activation and expansion as treatment for glioblastoma. As a near-peer mentor returning to the Duke PRIME-Cancer Research Program, I was supported in both my benchwork development as a cancer researcher and in my mentorship involvement with the PRIME-Cancer leadership team.”
