
Yichen Huang
Rotating Graduate Student
Yichen is a PhD student in Duke’s Computational Biology and Bioinformatics (CBB) program. She earned her B.S. in Biochemistry and Mathematics from Brandeis University and M.S. in Computational Biology and Quantitative Genetics from the Harvard School of Public Health. Her research focuses on leveraging epigenetics to better understand complex human traits. For her rotation, she will apply computational methods to analyze DNA methylation data from glioblastoma patients. Outside of research, Yichen enjoys playing volleyball, traveling, and PC gaming.
