Hailey Zimmerman

Graduate Student


Hailey is a PhD student in Duke’s Computational Biology and Bioinformatics (CBB) program, with a research focus on whole-genome sequencing and the genetics and epigenetics of human disease. Originally from Tucson, Arizona, she completed her undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University in Utah, where she was also a Division I springboard and platform diver. Outside the lab, she enjoys flipping, weightlifting, and just about anything outdoors.
