Dr. Khasraw was recently featured in an article discussing EVX-05, an off-the-shelf therapeutic glioblastoma (brain cancer) vaccine designed based on patient tumor samples that targets novel endogenous retrovirus (ERV)-derived antigens identified using Evaxion’s AI-Immunology™ platform. These ERV-antigens constitute a novel source of highly attractive targets for off-the-shelf cancer vaccine
Evaxion – in collaboration with Duke University School Of Medicine – is expected to conduct initial clinical testing of EVX-05 in 2027.
